Dear Tenants,

Suburban Apartments, in conjunction with SA Energy LLC, is pleased to offer you savings on your monthly electric bill. To put it simply, you can save money on your electric bill just by signing up for our solar project!
Here’s what you need to do in order to sign up and start saving:

1. Review the participant brochure, titled “Reduce your electric bill by enrolling in your building’s solar project.” This brochure will give you more information about the solar project, the benefits you will receive by participating, and contact information if you have complaints about receiving your solar benefits.

2. Enroll to participate in the solar project and receive energy savings. To enroll, please provide the required information below so that we can validate your account. This will include your Electric Choice ID number and meter number, which can be found on your ComEd bill. There are no hidden fees or costs to sign up.

3. Start saving! You will still pay your typical electric bill to ComEd, but net metering credits will be applied to your bill for your share of the energy generated by the solar project.

An Illinois Solar for All Project:

SA Energy LLC has worked in conjunction with the Illinois Solar For All program to support the development of this solar project. The Illinois Solar for All (ILSFA) is a State-administered program that provides greater access to the clean energy economy and solar energy to low income households, non-profit organizations, and public facilities across the state through incentives that help make solar installations more affordable.
